Telephonic Workers Compensation Nurse Case Manager Supervisor requirements are:

* RN required, Telephonic Case Management experience a plus
* CCM designation desirable
* Knowledge of Workers Compensation, Group Health and Disability Management
* 2 years Case Management experience
* 5 years Clinical experience
* PC skills a must
* Supervise team of 12 people
* Managerial experience a must
* Once a month, travel to Oregon and Northern California
* PC Skills required
