A Major Insurance Company is seeking a Bill Review Manager for its' growing Carrolton location.

The Bill Review Manager must have the following experience:
· Minimum of 3-5 years in Cost Containment / Utilization review industry preferred
· Prior experience in related field required (Health related insurance)
· 3-5 years Proven Management experience
· 3-5 years Medical Billing or Workers Compensation Insurance experience background and/or 3-5 years in Bill Review
· Development and Managing Budget expense and review plans required
· Highly organized, excellent interpersonal and communication skills desired
· Proven success in managing a high production environment
· Background in State Workers Compensation fee schedule desirable
· Fully versed in Workers Compensation laws and practices

Responsibilities of the Bill Review Manager:
· Manage overall Bill Review site operation
· Ensure delivery of services measured by turn-around time, quality, customer services., professional development of direct reports, and financial objectives…abiding by company standards and regulatory requirements
· Provide guidance, coaching and mentoring to direct reports
· Serve as resource authority to staff, clients and medical providers
· Analyze quality outcomes report
· Ensure total quality management in the overall delivery of the Bill Review Product
· Ensuring correct mapping of PPO network sequence for each client
· Maintain accurate log of reported system issues for appropriate follow-up on resolutions
