A Dynamic caring Workers Compensation Manager with a growing Company in Downtown Chicago is seeking a strong Senior Adjuster in the Workers Compensation Department.

This company will offer to the lucky Candidate (Company only) contributed pension plan which is quite liberal including fully paid medical, dental and life insurance. Generous holiday and vacation time is offered as well. The most amazing benefits package we have ever seen!!!

The Senior Workers Compensation Adjuster must have the following experience to qualify for this position:
· Minimum of 5+ years experience settling Workers Compensation claims.
· Well versed in Illinois Workers Compensation regulations and requirements.
· Experience in supervising and directing Workers Compensation claims professionals.
· Workers Compensation policy knowledge (deductibles) i.e. SIR's, guaranteed costs, etc.
· Good oral and written communication skills.

The Senior Workers Compensation Adjuster responsibilities include:
· Settling of Workers Compensation claims.
· Managing and coordinating claims and reporting activities with TPA's.
· Conduct audits of claim processing and reserves.
· Determine if policy coverage's will apply.
· Limited local travel will be required.

Bonus:
After 3 months of service, the company will contribute 14% of your gross income to a simplified
Employee Pension (SEP) plan at no cost to you.
