The General Adjuster must have the following qualifications:

* College Degree required
* 5+ Years Property Adjusting experience
* Good Estimating Skills
* Proficient in computer software programs “Xactimate and VIA”
* Experienced Property adjusting background in $100,000 + large fire losses to Residential Homeowners Property
* Water loss knowledge preferred
* Policy Contract language knowledge a must
* Hit the ground running, settling large fire losses – 20 days on content
* Construction background desired
* Work from home
* Some travel required
* Company Car
